Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want cancellation to be straightforward. Morro Bay Digital’s standard reputation management plans are month-to-month, with no setup fee.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no long-term contract or cancellation fee for the monthly plans shown on this website.
Current-month refund
If you cancel during a billing month, we will refund that month’s subscription payment in full. Once cancellation is processed, ongoing subscription services for that plan end.
How to cancel
Call Morro Bay Digital at (831) 649-9811 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific, or submit a cancellation request through our contact form. Please include the business name associated with the account so we can identify the subscription.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment method when possible. The time for a refund to appear may vary based on the payment processor, payment method, and financial institution.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly so we can review it and, where appropriate, resolve it promptly.
