These terms govern use of morrobaydigital.com and, unless superseded by a separate written agreement, the general terms under which Morro Bay Digital provides subscription-based reputation management services.
Services
Services vary by selected plan and may include review-request automation, reputation monitoring, response templates, reporting, Google Business Profile support, review-generation campaign management, listings management, competitive benchmarking, content support, and reputation audits. Specific deliverables may depend on the availability, permissions, and policies of third-party platforms.
Monthly billing
Plans are billed monthly. Morro Bay Digital does not charge a setup fee for the plans shown on this website. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during a billing month, Morro Bay Digital will refund that month’s subscription payment in full. Cancellation ends ongoing service obligations for the canceled subscription. Refund processing time may vary based on the payment method and financial institution. Platform policies and results
Morro Bay Digital does not guarantee a particular rating, number of reviews, search position, removal of a review, platform decision, or business outcome. We do not promise to remove legitimate criticism or circumvent platform policies. Third-party platforms may change their features, rules, access, or availability at any time.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining appropriate access to relevant accounts, complying with applicable laws and industry obligations, and reviewing any business-specific content or responses when appropriate.
Website information
We aim to keep this website accurate, but service features may evolve. If website information conflicts with a signed written agreement for a specific client, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The Morro Bay Digital name, website design, original text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Morro Bay Digital or used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morro Bay Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
